SUP Clinic

Join us for a very special SUP clinic hosted by former Canadian champion Shannon Bell! She will cover different topics of the sport, including:

- Safety (tides, currents, wind)

- SUP community and local races

- Equipment (boards, paddles, leashes, PFD’s)

- Paddling technique (body position when paddling, basic stroke technique, turning)

This is your chance of meeting a local top-tier athlete who has plenty to share! And with the clinic being limited to only six people, there will be a lot of opportunities to ask questions, socialize and meet new training buddies.
